The economic benefits of SISTEM™

Independent study shows economic benefits of SISTEM™.

In 2003 a collaborative project to develop and deliver job-critical training to Texas food industry production workers began, leading to a series of Texas Workforce Commission grants and the expansion of the program from an initial pilot at six employer sites to the existing statewide program now targeting over 10,000 workers at 32 worksites. The program success is provided in the Food Training Institute’s Project Outcomes Survey report to the Texas Workforce Commission and is summarized in the graph below.
