Alchemy's course catalog includes highly-interactive educational media and covers topics such as job search, career readiness, industrial safety, mandated training, basic supervision and job success skills as well as industry specific training courses.

Alchemy was formed in 2003 by merging the talents of Alchemy Studios - a media design company - and Avatar Technology - a web application development company - with Alchemy Training Systems. When first formed the company was 35 people and has since grown to over 80 full-time employees serving over 200 customers in government, commercial and education.
